It's a rule some dog owners have been accused of taking advantage of, placing oversized dogs in duffle bags.
The incident happened on a 4 train approaching Wall Street last Friday, and was sparked after the woman said to the animal's owner 'The dog doesn't belong on the seat'.
Finally the woman's sneaker came off and the owner threw it at her.
"You should've had your dog in a bag, kennel, muzzle".
Last week's incident which, according to the authorities, took place on the Number 4 Subway Line, comes to prove that it's never a tiresome moment when it comes to riding the subway.

As the passengers kept screaming to the dog owner that he's going to jail or that his doing will going to be euthanized, the dog owner simply told them that the woman attacked him first and that he had every right to defend himself.
"There's no reason in the world why that dog was allowed on board, down to the platform, and on the train, let alone harassing one of my passengers", he said.
Passengers said the train conductor had everyone exit the subway vehicle at the next stop. "That's when he catches hold of her shoe and he was not letting it go", Leon said.
"The NYPD is aware of the video and the incident is under investigation", NYPD Detective Sophia Mason said in a statement to Newsweek. "It is not open to people with dogs that aren't service animals or enclosed".
"What's happening in this video is disturbing and a clear violation of our rules".
