The Face ID issue doesn't appear to be widespread, but if you're experiencing any problems, you should have your device checked. According to a new support document sent by Apple to retail stores and Authorized Service Providers, the company has mentioned an updated fix process for cases where an iPhone X Face ID has issues, 9to5Mac reports.
The Reddit post highlighted that the rear camera's panorama, slow-mo and time-lapse worked while the rest of the features failed to respond.
In due course, the consumer had got his device replaced using the newest apparatus by an Apple Store.
