Based on James R. Hansen's 2005 book First Man: The Life of Neil A. Armstrong, the film chronicles the life of the American astronaut and his journey towards becoming the first man to land on the moon. The movie takes viewers through the gruelling trials experienced by Armstrong as he prepares to be the first man to step onto the moon in the Apollo 11 mission.
As the poster shows, Claire Foy is billed alongside Gosling, playing Neil's wife, Janet Armstrong. Kyle Chandler, Corey Stoll, Jason Clarke and Brian d'Arcy James are also part of the cast, among others.
The film will reportedly focus on Armstrong's life from 1961-1969.
All the way through, Armstrong is confident of his mission, while those around him are not as certain.

In the amusing interview, Ryan appeared to be annoyed by the questions that Jimmy was asking. Does the poster remind you of one for Mission: Impossible as it does me?
