"The new iPad Pro inspired me to want to do more, to make more, to "Think Different" just like the original Mac did when I sat down in front of its all-in-one design, boxy mouse, and drew in MacPaint for the very first time". Now, you can also tap with the pencil more easily than before thanks to a new touch sensor built into it. The Pencil puts CAD tools directly in the user's hands allowing them to edit, add notes, and dimension drawings freehand.
It's even got a USB-C port, so you can continue charging the iPad at the same time you've got other stuff plugged in.
This is not to say that the iPad Pro is not without its merits.
During its special event in Brooklyn, Apple announced iOS 12.1, which gains the delayed Group FaceTime feature, dual-SIM capabilities for this year's iPhones, camera improvements, new emojis, and more.
"When people are looking at using this as their main computing device, that's where you might seem the move toward the 12.9-inch" iPad Pro, she said. You can also plug in external storage, but only to access photos and videos.
