Some 250,000 residents in Los Angeles and Ventura counties have been evacuated with firefighters still unable to contain the blaze.
The fire has burned more than 14,000 acres so far and all of Malibu is under mandatory evacuation.

On Friday on Twitter, Kardashian West confirmed reports that the fire has reached her and husband Kanye West's new property. That fire is burning almost 10,000 acres and situated only a few miles from the Woolsey fire near the border of Los Angeles and Ventura counties, as reported by ABC 7.

Filmmaker Scott Derrickson tweeted that his family lost their home.
