An iPhone with a triple camera setup wouldn't cause much surprise in the smartphone community. Things will start to look interesting from here, and also the fact that the company's CEO has announced that Apple has lowered its guidance by up to $9 billion. The arrangement of the cameras and the LED flash is a bit odd thanks to the microphone which has also been squeezed into the setup. However, it is likely that Apple's phones will not continue to grow in display size and that the iPhone XI in its two or three variants will not become even bigger than their predecessors.
The published images reveal a square camera module that contains three cameras. Two of them are vertically aligned while the third one is placed on the right under the LED flash. We have no sure way of knowing which of the upcoming phones is shown in the renders, but with such a drastic change in the camera setup, it's probably the top-of-the-line model.
A further tweet from @OnLeaks claims that the 2019 phones are still undergoing the Engineering Validation Test (EVT): there could be major changes by the time the phones officially launch in September.
We're just over a week into 2019, and alleged renders of the next iPhone have already leaked.

That effort is created to squeeze Senate Republicans, some of whom are growing increasingly anxious about the extended shutdown. Later in the afternoon, Trump told reporters, "We're looking at a national emergency because we have a national emergency".
A recent Bloomberg story mentioned that Apple is interested in Sony's new ToF sensors.
Some previous rumors suggest that the third camera will be a 3D ToF sensor, but it's still all speculations for now. But looks like the name of one of the iPhones (we assume there will be more than one iPhone this year too) launching this year has been revealed.
Coming back to the leaked render of the iPhone XI, the image shows the same black glass back with Apple's shiny logo at the center and the word "iPhone" written at the bottom.
